Worcester State University’s Information Technology staff is here to help you navigate the assortment of technology resources designed to enhance your learning experience. Below are some popular student services:

Your Worcester State network username and password are your entrance to technology at Worcester State. Your username and password will be used to access all Worcester State systems, WebAdvisor, Worcester State Gmail, network data storage, printing, and online registration.
Your username and password are generated at the time that you are admitted and registered for course(s). You receive your username and password in your deposit confirmation letter. While we can’t provide password information over the phone, you can look up and reset your information by using the online password reset application. Please note that it’s very important that you read through all the instructions.
Do not share your password with anyone; it’s against Worcester State’s Network Acceptable Use Policy to share this information.

Worcester State’s OneCard ID is your official identification, library and door access card. Visit OneCard for more information.

You can access your student Worcester State Gmail account via gmail.worcester.edu. Your Worcester State Gmail is an official means of communication for Worcester State. It is important for you to check this account frequently. Visit Worcester State Google Apps training for more information.

There are more than 25 gigabytes of storage available in your Worcester State Gmail account for documents, email, calendar, sites, and more. Visit Worcester State Google Apps training for more information.

You can use Self-Service to look up courses, check grades, register for new courses, make payments on your student account, and more. You can access Self-Service via myWooState or typing https://selfservice.worcester.edu/Student/Account/Login into your Internet browser.

There are 2 open computer labs on campus. One is located in the Sullivan Academic Center, Room 138, and the other in our area of the Learning Resource Center, Suite 310. You will need your Worcester State OneCard ID to access the room(s) and for printing. You will log in with your Worcester State username and password. Remember to choose the ACL domain when logging in to a computer on campus.

You can print via the wireless network to public computing labs in several locations on campus. Each student receives $20 worth of free printing for each academic year, after which you will have to use your OneCard Common Funds for printing expenses. Black-and-white printing is 10 cents per page; color is $1 per page.
