At Worcester State University, the hiring process is a collaborative effort between Human Resources, the Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity Offices, as well hiring managers, search committees, department chairs, Deans, Vice Presidents and other campus constituencies.

Please note that Search Committee orientations are offered on a frequent basis for members of search committees and for any employees interested in completing this requirement. Sessions are held for both Faculty and Staff, which outline the specific processes, in accordance with internal and best practices.
