Professor Carol McLaughlin joined Worcester State University in 2011 as an adjunct faculty member for Med/Surg clinical and joined Worcester State University as full time faculty in 2021.  She has numerous years of nursing experience with extensive med/surg acute care nursing and is currently pursuing her DNP.  She recently became certified in nursing educator in clinical.

She is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau, Mass Rhode Island League for Nursing, and National League of Nursing.
