Organization: ENGLISH AND WORLD LANGUAGES
This year's Judith O'Connell Hoyer Poetry Reading will feature poet Nathan MacClain, assistant professor of creative writing and African American literary arts at Hampshire College. The author of Scale and Previously Owned, McClain's work has appeared in the New York Times Magazine, The Rumpus, and American Poets, among other venues. He will give a poetry reading at 2:00 pm, followed by Q-and-A.
The event is free and open to the public, and co-sponsored by the English Department.
