Learn About Thea's Pantry
-
When you visit Thea’s Pantry, you will first check in with the student worker. If this is your first visit, they will show you around the space.
You can shop for food, hygiene products, and other available items. While there are not many restrictions on what you can take, you are limited to 30 pounds of food per person per visit. Some items may be labeled individually with a quantity that is allotted to you; please abide by these requests. We encourage you to bring your own shopping bags if you have them.
When you are done shopping, you will check out at the desk via an online form. This form collects your WSU ID number, as well as the following:
- If you have visited before
- Status (resident/commuter/staff/faculty)
- Home zipcode
- Number of household members
- Household primary income source
- Household services received
- What items were taken on your visit
The information listed above is used to track user demographic information and visit information. Your WSU ID number is not associated with your name at any point in data collection or reporting.

Items from Worcester County Food Bank are picked up each month to help stock the pantry shelves. The most updated information on new items can be found on our Instagram account @wsu_theaspantry. Food and other miscellaneous donations also come in throughout the semester; feel free to stop by and see what’s on the shelves!
- Thea's Pantry is located on the third floor of the Student Center, in room 310, right next to Lancer's Loft. Users driving to campus are encouraged to park in the Studnt Center parking lot. Elevator access is available.
