Engage Leadership Circle is the second level of our weekly workshop programs and is structured for students who have previously completed Emerge. The Engage program focuses on expanding on the ideas introduced through Emerge while incorporating new topics for students who have already built their foundational leadership skills. Registration for spring 2024 will open in November.

Engage is scheduled for 4:30-6:30pm on the following dates: January 28, February 4, 11, 18, 25, March 4, 11, 25.

By the conclusion of Engage, participants should be able to:

• Define their leadership strengths as learned through the completion of the StrengthsQuest assessment
• Discuss how cultural differences affect leadership styles
• Demonstrate effective public speaking
• Utilize a variety of conflict resolution techniques
