Our residence halls offer a wide variety of comfortable living options, from traditional to contemporary. Each hall is staffed with a professional, full-time, live-in residence director who is on call 24/7 year-round. Each wing or living area is staffed with a resident assistant. All residence hall staff assist with relevant, fun programming that will help shape your academic and social growth.
The cost of living on campus varies according to your residence hall accommodations and your choice of meal plans. All resident students are required to purchase a meal plan.
Sheehan Hall
Opened in 2014, Sheehan Hall houses 400 first-year and upper-class students. Sheehan Hall has a full-time, live-in, professional residence director and 12 student resident assistants. Suites consist of 2 double or 4 single rooms with a shared private bathroom. A small fitness center and laundry room for Sheehan Hall residents are located on the 2nd floor.
In addition to residences, Sheehan Hall features the main campus dining hall, with two-story windows overlooking the John F. Coughlin Field, Student Health Services, the Residence Life and Housing Office, a multifunctional room, a game room, student lounges, and a communal kitchen.

Wasylean Hall
This apartment-style living area accommodates 348 upper-class students. Apartments house 2, 4, or 6 people. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen and common area. Wasylean Hall has a full-time, live-in, professional residence director and 10 student resident assistants. University Police is located on the 1st floor.
Dowden Hall
Dowden Hall houses first-year students. Each wing has a corridor with bedrooms and a common single-gender bathroom for each wing. Bedrooms are co-ed by room, and residents share gender-specific bathrooms. The majority of bedrooms are designed for two people, with a limited number of single and triple-occupancy bedrooms available. A live-in professional residence director and 13 student resident assistants live on each wing of each floor.
A laundry room is located on the 1st floor, along with 2 lounge areas. It also is home to our Dowden Market, where students can purchase coffee, salads, sandwiches, and snacks.

Chandler Village
This apartment-style complex houses approximately 420 upper-class students. Apartments house between 4, 8, 9, 10, and 11 people. Each apartment has a kitchen and common area. Bedrooms are designed for 1, 2, or 3 persons. A laundry room is centrally located within each complex. Chandler Village has a full-time, live-in, professional residence director and 12 student resident assistants. The resident assistants live in 4-person apartments.
