Welcome Week 2021 Schedule

To welcome back our students to yet another academic year, the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership Development has scheduled a variety of events for Welcome Back Week! Read below to learn more about the upcoming events.

Thursday September 2nd 

• Welcome Back Bash – Our first of the year! Come have some free food, customized airbush pillow cases and pennant, t shirts and giveaways!
  • THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD IN THE RAIN LOCATION: STUDENT CENTER EXHIBIT AREA
• New Student Welcome table –  OSILD/CAB will be handing out our yearly welcome bags with gifts and information for Commuters and New Students!
• Hypnotist Dan Candell – 2 shows! 7pm and 9:30pm in the Blue Lounge
• Womens Volleyball Game!

Friday September 3rd 

• WSU Spirit Bingo – Come play for a variety of prizes and WSU gear! Grand Prize Airpods!
• First football Game at WPI!

Saturday September 4th

• DIY Giveaway in the POD! Craft Kits will be available for fun over the Weekend

Monday September 6th

• Living Room Grand Reopening – After a year closed, the Living Room is celebrating being open again with snacks, giveaways and tournaments!

Tuesday September 7th 

• Commuter Social – Join CAB, Commuter Serives and Counseling for a chance to hangout with commuters, drink some bubble tea and boba and meet Counseling Services new therepy Dog MK!

Wednesday September 8th

• CAB Breakfast and Welcome Table
• Club Kickoff – Meet our Clubs and Organizations for the chance to find new ways to get involved!
• Womens Volleyball Game!
• Mens Soccrr Game!

Thursday September 9th

• Unity Walk – Join our camous community for speakers and our first every Unity Walk throughout the campus!
• Quadfest – Join OSILD Chartwells and the Alumni Office for food, giveaways, inflatable axe throwing, airbrush tattoos and a balloon artist!
