All deliveries to the University are made to Central Receiving, where they are electronically logged in as received and then distributed to the intended person/department by staff daily.

The loading dock is located at the Learning Resource Center – Hours 7:30-3 p.m.; Height: 3′ – NO 18-Wheelers – Box Trucks recommended – Lift Gate needed. [S&T loading dock is by appointment only.]

The Stockroom provides the campus community with various office and custodial supplies. Ordering supplies is done via e-mail by filling out a Requisition for Stockroom supplies. In most cases you will receive your supplies by the next business day. For those times you need an item immediately, we provide walk-in service during normal operating hours.

This service is offered for University business and for employees’ and students’ personal shipping needs. To ship an item for University business, a UPS shipping form needs to accompany the item being shipped. For your personal shipping needs you must have a credit or debit card for billing purposes. Employees and students are given the same UPS discounted rate as the University for their personal shipping needs.
We carry various sized boxes, envelopes and other shipping materials and will help you prepare your package for shipment. Note: for your United States Postal Service shipping needs please visit the Mail Center.
