Yes, Worcester State University does provide guest housing during the summer term (mid-May to the first week of August). For more information, please contact the Conference & Event Services Office.

A wide selection of catering options is available through our dining services partner Chartwells. You can review menu options and place orders directly using their online ordering system.

We provide a variety of audio-visual services. The Conference & Event Services staff will work closely with you to meet your needs.

Yes, our event spaces do have Wi-Fi access on the “WSUEvents” network. If you need Wi-Fi, please let the Conference & Event Services Office know so that we can provide the necessary codes upon request.

You can schedule an in-person tour by contacting the Conference & Event Services Office or take a virtual tour of the Worcester State campus.

Insurance is required for all organizations not affiliated with Worcester State University. To learn more about our insurance requirements, please contact The Conference & Event Services Office.

Yes, with an alcohol approval form and approval from Worcester State University Police and the Conference & Event Services Office.

Contact the Conference & Event Services Office as soon as you know your event will be cancelled.

Once the event is confirmed, service needs are arranged through the Conference & Event Services Office. We use a scheduling software, 25Live, where you can specify your equipment needs and communicate those to our staff.

Our rooms hold between 6 and 1,096 people as capacities vary by location and type of table/chair configuration that you select. Visit our Event Venues page and download our Venue Capacity Chart for more details.

We do not permit open flames, glitter, nails, glue, or Duct tape.

Guests are responsible for event-related signage. The Conference & Event Services Office can provide easels, sign holders, and sandwich boards.
