Please make all requests for communications and marketing services with the form below (including web requests).
For each type of request, please plan ahead with the appropriate lead times in mind. We hold ourselves to the high standards of quality and customer service; getting your requests in with adequate time for planning, development, design, media buying, revisions, fact checking, etc. ensures the best possible outcome.

To submit a Publication Design Request, please fill out the following form. Provide at least the information requested in the required fields, but as much detail as possible will help the request to be handled expeditiously.
A successful submission will receive an automated confirmation email a short while later.

A wide range of services can be requested through the Communications & Marketing request form. Submissions will be reviewed and assigned to a designated liaison who will process the request on your behalf.

If you are organizing a campus event, your first step in promoting your event is to make sure you have entered your event information including confirmed date, time, and description into 25Live, our room booking software administered through CESO.
Your next step is to use the Marketing Request Form above. This puts your request in our work queue and gives you the opportunity to upload flyers, speaker bios, photos, etc.
When you submit your room booking request through 25Live, please add an event description and search/select the resource “publish to web calendar.” With that resource selected, Marketing will be notified to review and approve the event for the Worcester State website and Facebook calendars. If you already booked events but did not select this resource, email marketing@worcester.edu with the dates and times and we can seek them out in 25Live to push to the calendar.
Other helpful tips:
- Reserve your space in 25Live with an accurate “start” time – the time your event begins for attendees. CESO already plans for prep time; padding your start time to an earlier time requires extra steps to correct and will delay the overall process.
- If you have a Worcester State Facebook page and are creating your own event listing, add the main Worcester State page as a co-host. This allows Marketing to add your event to the Worcester State Facebook calendar for additional exposure to a larger audience!

Consultations are available to assist with preparation and planning for specialized printing and design projects.
Services include: brochures, business cards, cards, flyers, invitations, large format printing, letterhead, memo pads, envelopes, pdfs, postcards, posters, signs, table tents, submission to press of large quantities not suited to photocopying, questions on acceptable format, etc.
Please use specific order forms for Business Cards and Memo Pads.
Request Minimum Time Required to Fulfill Notes New printed piece 8 weeks Lead time calculated from when requester provides finalized content, and factors in a 4 week production time frame for P&P (2 weeks design plus 2 weeks printing). -
When making a Quick Copy request, be sure to note whether your job is to be delivered or self-pickup. The self-pickup room (LRC-172) is open throughout the day 8am – 4pm and is located adjacent to the copy center.

- Drop-off copy jobs to LRC-108 between the hours of 8am and 4pm, Monday through Friday.
- If you wish to leave copy requests before or after office hours a secure “Lock Box” is provided outside LRC-108.
- Send your request via interoffice mail.
