Dr. Siler teaches a range of management courses including Principles of Management, Business Strategy and Policy, and Negotiation. An advocate for Open Educational Resources, she uses them almost exclusively. She is co-advisor for the most creative student organization on campus, the Fiber Arts Circle. She studies pregnancy loss and work.
