Attendance and Out of Office Policy

Describes accepted IT procedure to report time out of the office. 
Planned Absences:
- Must be preapproved by your supervisor.
- Added to the IT Vacation/Out-of-Office Calendar:
- Noted on your timesheet (subsequently signed by supervisor)
Unplanned Absences (arrival or departure):
 - Contact the Help Desk as soon as possible 508.929.8856, leave voice mail when necessary.
 - Vacation time should not be used for unplanned absences.
 - Attendance changes will be sent via email to with a copy to your supervisor.
