Katy Palumbo is currently the Interim Director of International Programs at WSU. For international students, Katy is responsible for assisting with their transition to academic life in the United States. Normally a student’s first point of contact at WSU, Katy is responsible for assisting students with their F or J visa applications and visa interview process abroad as well as with acclimating to the WSU environment upon their arrival. For Study abroad students, Katey assists students with determining the appropriate program and applying. Additional support is also provided prior to departure, while students are studying away and upon their return to WSU.
