 (Worcester, Mass.) -- Worcester State University has been named “Best College” by Worcester Magazine for the sixth time. The university also received this honor in 2002, 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010. Worcester Magazine announced the “Best Of Worcester” Award winners in its April 28th issue of the magazine. Since 1987 Worcester Magazine readers have been selecting the very best in the city through the "Best Of Worcester" poll. To read more, click here.
Worcester Magazine, founded in 1976 and acquired by the Holden Landmark corp., in 2008, has a distribution of 30,000 and readership of more than 87,000. It is a three-time winner of the New England Press Association’s “Newspaper of the Year” Award.
