In an effort to keep the Worcester State University emergency contact database (e.g. next of kin info) up-to-date, please go to the Emergency Information Collection screen in WebAdvisor to enter/update your information. Please note that we will only use this information in the event of a serious emergency. We will not  distribute this information to any other person or agency.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not related to the Emergency Notification System which provides critical information regarding campus emergencies and closings because of weather.

To connect to the Emergency Information Collection screen:

• Link to WebAdvisor (you may also access WebAdvisor by logging into Community System);
  
  
• Next Choose WebAdvisorLogIn – to login using your WSU username and password. Please enter your username in all lower case letters – as always, your password is C@SeSeNsItIve;
  
  
• At Main Menu: Choose STUDENTS or EMPLOYEES > then Emergency Information Collection. There are 3 REQUIRED fields: 1) Emergency Contact Name; 2) Emergency Contact Phone Number; and 3) Relationship to you. Enter your Emergency Contact’s Name in the first line of the Address box. Enter ‘Relationship to You’ information. (Is this your spouse, son, mother, grandfather, etc?) Enter at least one phone number for your Emergency contact. Optional Information fields: Address, Email address, and additional phone numbers.
  
  
• Hit Submit at bottom of the screen when done.
  
  
• As a final step, choose ‘WebAdvisorLogOut’ from top of screen.
