Faculty and staff should contact the Office of Institutional Assessment when you want assistance with the development or implementation of:

Survey Response Rates

There is much discussion in the literature about the optimal survey return rate. The Association for Institutional Research (AIR) has published an article discussing this issue.

Starfish Training 

 There is a link to a training module (as a hyperlink and also under Resources) for Starfish. This would include information on both Early Alert and Connect. There are instructional videos on YouTube as well.
