Policies and Procedures Instructions

 

InfoPath Policy Form Instructions:<= /span>

 

  1. Go to http:/= /sharepoint.worcester.edu/policies/
  2. Click on ‘Policy F= orm (InfoPath)’ at right
  3. If dialog screen appears= , click ‘open’.
  4. Complete Policy Form
  5. When complete, click Fil= e/Save As;
    1. rename file =
    2. save to desktop
    3. save as InfoPath Form (= .xml)
  6. Go to your department= 217;s site on http://sharepoint.worcester.edu/policies/default.aspx<= /span>
  7. Click ‘Upload new form’ under ‘Department Policies’=
  8. Browse to saved form on = desktop and click ‘Save and Close’

 

Procedures Upload Instructions:

 

  1. Go to http:/= /sharepoint.worcester.edu/policies/
  2. Go to your department= 217;s site on http://sharepoint.worcester.edu/policies/default.aspx<= /span>
  3. Click ‘Add new document’ under ‘Department Procedures’<= /span>
  4. documents may be in any = format (i.e. pdf, doc, mht, etc.)
  5. Browse to document and c= lick ‘Save and Close’
