How To Guide: Accessing Wireless Internet at Worcester State University.

> To Set-up Self Service Guest Access - Select SSID WSU [see Graphic A.1] by mousing over your wireless internet icon (bottom right-windows/top right-MAC)

> Open an internet browser and Click on: [GUEST please click here/ https://apps.worcester.edu/guest/ to obtain a daily login.]

> Fill out the [‘WORCESTER STATE UNIVERSITY-GUEST LOGIN REQUEST’]

> After filling out the form [see Graphic A.2] - your temporary login credentials will be sent via text to your mobile phone.

Alternative Guest Network Account Access - Guests of Worcester State University may obtain a temporary guest wireless/wired network account username and password from any member of the wsc_domain (any Faculty or Staff member) by clicking on the link entitled “Guest Network Account” or by calling University Technology Services Help Desk at 508.929.8856. This will allow users who do not have a WSU network account to access the Internet from a lab computer or personal laptop.

Guest Printing - Guests wishing to print from the network may purchase a WSU Guest OneCard ($1.00) and then add funds to it ($.10/page BW - $1.00/page Color) using one of the card management centers. The Card Management Centers are located on the second floor of the LRC, across from the main entrance/reference desk, Wasylean Hall main lobby and in the Student Center, near the ATM. These cards can also be utilized at the Copy machines (Library 2nd and 3rd floor, S&T Lobby).
