Note to first-time users for trouble-shooting purposes: 

1.       Please either disable all popup blockers or add  as an exception to the popup blocker list. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools - Pop-up Blocker - Pop-up Blocker Settings. In Firefox, go to Tools - Options - Content tab. In Safari, uncheck "Block Pop-up Windows" under the Safari menu.


2.       If you get the following warning:

Security Image - choose run


Check the box for ‘Always trust content from this publisher’ then ‘Run’



3.       You might be required to install ‘SilverLight’ the first time you try to log in. It is OK to do this; SilverLight is required to run the new version of Colleague UI. If installing on Safari, you’ll need to close out of Safari after SilverLight is installed, then reopen.


4.       If you still have trouble logging in after blocking pop-ups, and you have any additional toolbars on Internet Explorer, please do the following and try again:
