Check List for Graduate Students
Make sure you have filled out an intent to graduate form with the Division of Graduate and Continuing Education, located on the fourth floor of the Helen G. Shaughnessy Administration Building.
The deadline to submit is March 15, 2014, for the May commencement.
Look for your invitation letter from the Graduate School mailed at the end of February, which invites you to attend commencement.
To be certain your name will appear correctly on your diploma, please visit www.worcester.edu/webadvisor. Under Academic Profile, click Graduation Eligibility.
Report any errors or corrections affecting how your name will appear on your diploma to the Graduate School at 508-929-8125.
Order your cap and gown following the instructions in your commencement invitation letter. Orders must be placed online at www.buildagrad.com/worcester.
If you, or one or more of your guests, are a person with a disability and will need priority seating, make sure that you contact the Disability Services Office at 508-929-8733.
Plan to attend the reception with your guests immediately following commencement in the Library (located on the main floor of the Learning Resource Center that is behind the Sullivan Auditorium).
Bring your best smile. GradImages will be on hand during commencement to take photographs of each graduate.
