Jillian directs the overall operations for the career services office at Worcester State. She provides one-on-one and group career counseling for students and alumni, and presents career related topics in class rooms and at student alumni/group events. Jillian also serves on various committees both at WS and outside of WS.

Dianne Matos counsels all current Worcester State students and alumni on a variety of career issues, from career decision making and self-assessment exercises to resume writing, interviewing skills and job search strategies. She also is available to faculty and student groups to present workshops on any of these same career issues.

The Career Services Office provides students and the community with information on CLEP (College Level Examination Program). Worcester State is an “open” testing center which services WS students as well as other individuals who are working toward college credit.  For general information about CLEP exams, please visit www.collegeboard.com/clep.

This office also has information on the Miller’s Analogies Test (MAT) which is one of the exams used for entrance into most Graduate programs. This test is offered once per month and information can be obtained by contacting the Career Services Office.
