JJM Insurance Agency is a family owned and run independent insurance agency which has been heavily involved in our community for over 20 years. JJM Insurance Agency is in our second generation of operation and have four generations of experience insuring Worcester’s families and small businesses.

We are currently looking for an intern to help our office.

General Tasks

 Manage the work flow of new business and renewal policies

 Update customer files with loss notifications and billing notifications

Assist Producers in submitting policy changes to insurance carriers

 Update our agency management system

Key Projects

 Create a new business marketing database

 Create social networking fan page

 Work with producers to identify cross selling and account rounding for existing clients
