Departments and individual offices that are supported by secretarial staffing and equipped with office copiers are expected to accomplish their own short run requirements. Duplicating work requiring 25 or fewer copies of a single sheet should not be sent to Publications and Printing Services. Equipment located in LRC-108 is restricted and not for use by the general University community.

Work requiring more than 25 copies per page will be done by office staff on supporting equipment.

DUPLICATION REQUEST: (3-part NCR) forms are available in the office to list your copying requirements. Stop by the office to fill in the forms at time of job submission or call to request forms be interoffice mailed to you. The average turnaround time for quick copy is 48 hours. Drop off your work in LRC-108 between the hours of 8:45 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

A secure "Drop Box" is provided outside the office door—LRC-108, for people who wish to leave copying requests before or after office hours. Submission of copying via interoffice mail or "Drop Box" requires the DUPLICATION REQUEST (3-part NCR) form.

A pickup room (LRC-172) for completed work remains open throughout the day 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located adjacent to the copy center. Please address all inquiries to the Office of Publications and Printing Services, LRC-108, extension 8132. If your question concerns duplicating that is already in process, please refer to the job number indicated in the upper right hand corner of the pink receipt from the DUPLICATION REQUEST form given to each patron when work is requested.

For SPECIALIZED PRINTING SERVICES (brochures, design needs, submission to press of large quantities not suited to photocopying, questions on acceptable format, color printing, etc.), contact Publications and Printing Services for further information.
