Accounts Payable


The Accounts Payable Office provides accurate payments to Worcester State University vendors, students and consultants for preauthorized procurement of goods and services. The office maintains a current check disbursement register of non-payroll obligations.

Accounts Payable staff are responsible for data input of invoices, verifying, editing and compiling data for use in the disbursement of funds along with the maintenance of records and documentation of payments. The staff strives to provide quality service towards the overall mission of Worcester State University in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
