Satellite Parking Lot
Worcester State University has established a satellite parking lot at 140 Goddard Memorial Drive, which is adjacent from a T.J.Maxx distribution center and near Worcester Airport. We provide shuttle service to and from this location weekdays during the following times:
Monday through Thursday
7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
All students, staff, visitors and faculty are encouraged to use this satellite parking lot. A one-way trip between the campus and the lot takes approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Therefore, approximately 30 minutes should be allowed to park, ride back to campus, and get to your final destination.

What are the parking lot hours at the Satellite parking lot?
Worcester State University’s parking lot at 140 Goddard Memorial Drive is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, the shuttle operates Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Where do I wait for the shuttle at the lot?
The stop at the weather shelter in the lot. Signage indicates where the shuttle stops.
Where do I wait for the shuttle on campus?
The shuttle departs from campus from the same location where the Worcester InterCampus shuttle and Worcester Center for Crafts shuttle can be boarded. The specific location is on the front roadway between the Sullivan Academic Center and Shaughnessy Administration Building. Shuttle vans can hold up to 14 passengers. The shuttle van and the Crafts Center van are clearly marked with a Worcester State University logo magnet.
How much time should I allow to park before class?
Allow about 30 minutes. The shuttle runs continuously during its hours of operation. A one-way trip between the campus and the airport takes about ten minutes, depending on traffic.
Who can park at the satellite parking lot?
Any person from the Worcester State University community who needs parking in order to conduct their business or classes on campus. Vehicles should have their WSU student, staff, faculty or visitor decal/hang tag. All visitors to Worcester State University must show a valid visitor parking pass on their vehicle dashboards. Vistor parking passes may be requested by completing an online form. Vendors who do not have a courtesy parking pass before arriving at the lot, must check in with University Police (Wasylean Hall, Room 102) to obtain a pass.
What security is offered at the satellite parking lot?
The parking lot is monitored by campus police patrol. University Police officers are also able to monitor video display that comes from the security cameras located in the parking lot. As always, anyone with an emergency should contact University Police at 508-929-8911.
Will the shuttle run during bad weather?
The shuttle will follow the weather delay and cancellation policy of the campus.
